Aref Dajani (Don Octave-The Stoned Guest) mostly Baritone, sometimes Tenor, and currently Bargain Counter-Tenor, studies voice with Ana Castrello, and makes his Forgotten Opera Company debut. Mr. Dajani recently performed the role of Monostatos in a contemporary adaptation of Mozart’s Magic Flute produced by the In Series of Washington. Mr. Dajani has sung in numerous ensembles in Maryland and Pennsylvania, most notably Coral Cantigas in Bethesda and Voces Novae et Antiquae in Philadelphia.

Mr. Dajani has performed at the Maryland Renaissance Festival and enjoys introducing opera to unsuspecting audiences. A native Washingtonian, Mr. Dajani is delighted to perform with the Forgotten Opera Company, as he embraces the Company’s mission of performing “fresh, innovative, and accessible” opera.
