We've visited "The Great White Way" in previous performances, presenting some of the masterpieces of the American Musical Theatre. This time, we're also exploring some of the source material for the stories of a few operatic masterpieces which were based on some of the greatest plays ever written!

Don't miss this rare opportunity to hear such things as:

A scene from Arthur Miller's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, The Crucible, paired with a scene from Robert Ward's Pulitzer Prize-winning opera, The Crucible;

Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire, followed by an aria from Andre Previn's Streetcar;

Those are just two examples of the treats you can hear. We'll also give you more gems from the American Musical Theatre tradition.
